Callie Cottrell

Chef Callie Cottrell brings over 20 years of food service experience to Menu Maker which includes work at some of Nashville and Franklin’s finest restaurants and establishments. Callie’s kitchen philosophy is based on using fresh ingredients and cooking every dish from scratch to ensure excellent flavor and superb quality. Her creative ideas have added many new options to our menus.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her: Spending time with her son Nicholas and cooking for her family.

Lauren Smithson

Assistant chef at Menu Maker brings a fresh face to cuisine! As a recent culinary graduate of The Art Institute of Tennessee she is a detail oriented visionary who enjoys planning and ensuring that each event is unique.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her: At her home church, singing, playing piano or teaching Sunday school and helping at her parents Bed and Breakfast.

Kara Moore

  Kara has worked in various corporate settings including employment in the financial, real estate and health care sector. As the marketing and sales assistant at Menu Maker, her job is to keep a pulse on market trends, including social media marketing and helping secure new clients for the company.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her: Dabbling in real estate, combing the clothes racks for a fashion deal or at home with her husband and 2 kids.

Meleia has over 15 years of experience in office administration, event management, customer
service and web design. Her background includes companies such as Lipscomb University and HCA in Nashville. Contact her at the office – she will be glad to make your event easy and stress free!?
