We at Menu Maker Catering love to create custom menus for any occasion. Our terrific chef, Callie, takes pride in making your event "just right". She will ask you about special dietary needs, food allergies, and even the amount of seasoning you like! Callie will make sure you have a tasty dish, designed just for you.
Here is a customized menu we did for a birthday celebration on Saturday.
The party began with appetizers including Asparagus Goat Cheese Parcels and Shrimp and Cucumber Spring Rolls. For the main course Callie made Asian Salad, Grilled Vegetable Kabobs, Roasted Duck Pasta, Soy and Dijon Glazed Salmon, and Israeli Couscous Pilaf. Breads and Rolls, Tea and Water, completed the menu.
Delicious!
