What size events are you comfortable catering?
We have catered events from 10 to 1000 guests.
What is the minimum order size?
Our minimum order is $500 for full service events and $250 for a delivered meal (drop-off).
When do I need to give you the final guest count?
For weddings, the guest count is required 2 weeks prior to the event. For other events, the guest count is required 1 week prior.
Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and carry over $2,000,000.00 in liability insurance.
What is your billing policy?
For weddings, we require a deposit of 50% to reserve the date of your event. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. For other events, we require a small, non-refundable deposit based on the size of the event to reserve the date. Full payment of the balance is due 1 week before the event.
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
We require an absolute minimum of 48 hours notice on most events. For popular wedding months, you should reserve at least 3-6 months in advance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
What is the staff dress-code?
Menu Maker Catering staff wears a black dress shirt, black dress pants, and black shoes. The kitchen staff wears chef coats and black pants.
Do you offer bar services?
Yes. The customer provides the alcohol and we offer ABC licensed bartenders for a fee of $175 each.
Is gratuity included in prices?
No - we leave this up to your discretion.
Can menu selections be modified?
YES! We specialize in customizing menus to fit your needs.

Can you supply me with a list of references?
Yes, we would be happy to give you a list of previous catering clients upon request.
What is your delivery charge?
Thirty dollars per vehicle for delivery in our service area. Outside our delivery area, there will be additional charges based on mileage.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
YES! With proper notice, we are happy to accommodate those certain allergies and preferences.
Do you provide cake cutting service, and what is the charge?
Yes. We include free cake cutting service at every wedding. This includes clear plastic plates,utensils and a complimentary cake plateau.
