In addition to food, Menu Maker Catering can help you with every
aspect of your wedding. Big or small we do it all -from event coordination,
table decor, floral design, staging and rentals. We make sure your wedding goes smoothly and is stress free.
Full Service Buffet
Full service is available for your event. The full service charge includes:
Expenses incurred to bring the event to the location, such as delivery, kitchen personnel for prepping, service items and equipment, buffet set-up, maintainence and clean-up. It also inculdes disposable dinnerware (clear plastic plates, clear plastic cups, paper napkins
and plastic utensils).
We will staff your event based on the size, menu and location. Servers
are provided at an additional fee. See Upgrade Options below.
If requested, we can also provided plated service.
Drop-Off Service
This service requires a $30 delivery fee. An additional mileage fee will be charged for deliveries outside of the service area. Food items will be delivered and set-up buffet style with serving utensils. Suitable condiments and ice for all items are provided by Menu Maker Catering. Items can be dropped off cold for clients to heat and serve later, or can be setup hot and ready to serve.
Upgrade Options
Papergoods for Drop-Off Service, $1.00 per person
Drop-Off Disposible Chafers for hot items, $10 each
(Napkins, plasticware, cups)
Server, $150 each
Service Captain, $175 each
ABC Licensed Bartender, $175 each
Event Coodinaton, Decor, Linens, Staging and Rentals are
available for an additional fee. Please contact us for specific requests.
